Goods Hoist

The Goods Hoist is a goods only lift which is a much cheaper option to a conventional cargo lift. It is fabricated locally in accordance to local DOSH guidelines and incorporates high capacity hoisting motors imported from Japan. The goods hoist is supplied with specially made collapsible gate doors, rigid steel platform and mild steel cabin panels. Elevator ‘T’ section rail with sliding nylon shoes guides the cabin. Control is fully automatic with push buttons / position indicators mounted on stainless steel faceplates at each floor. Key features include cabin lighting, electro-mechanical door interlocks and arrival / overload buzzers. Atlantic Elevator will undertake to apply and obtain relevant approvals for each unit commissioned in addition to providing full back up service and repair facilities. Capacity ranges from 500kg to 2000kg with a maximum allowable travel of 12 meters.
